Scheduled Maintenance Notice – ABN & Super Fund Lookup Services Jul 17, 2025 20:00-23:59 AEST

The Australian Government has advised that scheduled maintenance will be carried out on the ABN Lookup and Super Fund Lookup websites and web services on Thursday, 17th July, from 8:00 PM to 11:59 PM AEST.

During this maintenance window, access to ABN and Super Fund Lookup services will be temporarily unavailable. This will impact the following methods:

DataTools.Capture.BusinessName.Search.AuAbr.SearchBusinessName
DataTools.Verify.AsicNumber.AuAbr.VerifyAsicNumber
DataTools.Verify.AustralianBusinessNumber.AuAbr.VerifyAbn

Update - We are currently awaiting confirmation of the root cause from our supplier. Once this information is available, we will provide a detailed update.

Update - We have identified that the issue affecting the Landline Phone Number Validation method has been resolved. We are currently awaiting final confirmation from our supplier to close this incident.

Scheduled - The Kleber and CA+ PRODUCTION servers are scheduled for maintenance on Friday 18th July 2025, from 06:00am to 07:00am AEST.

This maintenance work is to update data on the servers. We expect no interruption or downtime to the service during the update.

PLEASE NOTE: The DEV servers are available now for testing purposes. However, we're currently experiencing an issue with the Landline Phone Number Validation Method from our supplier's end. We'll keep you updated on the progress.
