Update
Please note that the maintenance work on the DataTools Kleber and Correct Address+ servers that was scheduled from 05:00am to 06:00am AEST has been successfully completed.
During the update, there was a period when both the old and new server instances were running simultaneously.
While this transition is usually very brief, in this case, it lasted long enough to cause an issue where the temporary "RecordId" returned from a 'Search' call (old instance) did not match a record in a subsequent 'Retrieve' call (new instance).
This issue was resolved once the changeover was complete.
Although this hasn’t caused problems during previous update deployments, some transactions during this transition experienced failed 'Retrieve' calls.
We are investigating ways to mitigate this risk in the future.
We are now in the Yellow phase of monitoring for the next 24 hours.
