We have contacted our third-party supplier and are currently awaiting their feedback. The issue remains under investigation.

Our supplier has informed us of an ongoing issue with the ABN/SF Lookup web services, which is currently under investigation by their Technical Team.
Additionally, please be advised that scheduled system maintenance is planned from Saturday, 8th February 2025, 8:00 PM to Sunday, 9th February 2025, 10:00 AM (AEST). During this period, the ABN refresh service will be unavailable, and users may experience delays in the appearance of ABNs on the Lookup services.

We would like to inform you about an intermittent issue impacting the Kleber AU ABR validation service. When using the DataTools.Capture.BusinessName.Search.AuAbr.SearchBusinessName, an error message - 'The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel' is being returned. Only this method is affected. The issue has been escalated as a high priority with our supplier for investigation and we will provide an update as soon as we hear back from them.
