Scheduled - We have been advised by the ABN Lookup provider, business.gov.au, that planned system maintenance will be conducted on the ABN and Super Fund Lookup website and associated web services on Thursday, 26 February, from 9:00 PM to 12:59 AM AEDT.

During this maintenance window, users of the ABN Lookup and Super Fund Lookup website and web services may experience performance degradation.

Please note that this maintenance will only impact the following Kleber method:
DataTools.Capture.BusinessName.Search.AuAbr.SearchBusinessName

Resolved - The incident impacting LIVE Kleber services has now been fully resolved.

Our investigation determined that some of our server processes became corrupted, resulting in request timeout errors for some customers. The affected instances were terminated and replaced with a new set of healthy instances, restoring normal service operation.

We are continuing to monitor the environment to ensure ongoing stability.

Investigating - We have identified an issue affecting our LIVE Kleber services, where some customers experienced request timeout errors.

Based on our monitoring, the incident occurred on Tuesday, 24 February between 10:15 PM and 10:35 PM AEDT.

Our team is actively investigating the matter and working to determine the root cause. Further updates will be provided as they become available.

Completed - Please note that the maintenance work on the DataTools Kleber servers has been successfully completed, with no issues identified and no interruptions experienced during the Yellow monitoring phase.

All services have now returned to standard monitoring and are operating under Green alert status.

Update - The scheduled maintenance for the Kleber servers, conducted between 06:00am and 07:00am AEDT, has been successfully completed.

There were no interruptions during the update (Red phase). We have now transitioned to the Yellow phase, during which the environment will be monitored closely over the next 24 hours.

Scheduled - The Kleber servers are scheduled for an interim release update on Thursday next week from 06:00am to 07:00am AEDT.

This release includes application performance enhancements, general stability improvements, and operating system patch updates. No service interruption or downtime is expected during this maintenance window.

Please note: The DEV environment has already been updated and is available for testing.
In addition, the Production servers were updated yesterday with the latest SSL configuration changes to ensure continued alignment with current security standards.
