Our supplier has identified that a high percentage of Telstra numbers were incorrectly returning a "Calls Barred" response, which typically indicates "No Teleservice Provisioned" for other operators. However, upon further analysis, these numbers were confirmed to be active.
While our supplier works on resolving the issue, our Development team has implemented an alternative solution to ensure the correct status is returned for Telstra numbers. The fix has been tested and is functioning as expected.

We would like to inform you of an issue affecting the Kleber mobile phone number validation service. At present, validation results are returning Status Code 10: "This number is not able to receive calls or SMS messages." This status is typically associated with data SIMs.
