ABN Lookup Planned System Maintenance Notification Apr 3, 2025 20:00 - Apr 4, 2025 00:00 AEDT

We have been informed by the ABN Lookup provider (business.gov.au) that they will be conducting planned system maintenance on their ABN and Super Fund website and web services on Thursday, 3rd April 2025, from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM AEDT.

During this time, access to ABN and Super Fund Lookup services will be temporarily unavailable.

This maintenance will only impact the following Kleber method:
DataTools.Capture.BusinessName.Search.AuAbr.SearchBusinessName

Scheduled Maintenance of Kleber & CA+ Servers - 9th April 2025 Apr 9, 2025 06:00-07:00 AEST

The Kleber and CA+ PRODUCTION servers are scheduled for maintenance on Wednesday 9th April 2025, from 06:00am to 07:00am AEST.

This maintenance work is to update data on the servers. We expect no interruption or downtime to the service during the update.

PLEASE NOTE: The DEV servers are available now for testing purposes.

Resolved - The supplier has confirmed that they have resolved the issue.

While the supplier was addressing the issue, our Development team implemented an alternative solution to ensure the correct status is returned. As a result, you should not notice any changes, as the method is working as expected.

No further issues have been reported, and we thank you for your patience.

Update - Our supplier has identified that a high percentage of Telstra numbers were incorrectly returning a "Calls Barred" response, which typically indicates "No Teleservice Provisioned" for other operators. However, upon further analysis, these numbers were confirmed to be active.

While our supplier works on resolving the issue, our Development team has implemented an alternative solution to ensure the correct status is returned for Telstra numbers. The fix has been tested and is functioning as expected.

Update - We have not yet received an update from our supplier regarding the resolution of this issue. However, our Technical team at DataTools are actively working on implementing a workaround. We will provide an update once the workaround has been successfully deployed.

Investigating - We would like to inform you of an issue affecting the Kleber mobile phone number validation service. At present, validation results are returning Status Code 10: "This number is not able to receive calls or SMS messages." This status is typically associated with data SIMs.

Our team has escalated the matter to our supplier for urgent investigation. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
