Scheduled - As part of GBG’s integration of DataTools and our efforts to simplify customer interactions, subscription management will transition from DataTools to GBG effective 1 July 2026 (cut-off date).

What to expect:

• The list of subscribers from https://status.datatools.com.au will be migrated to our GBG status page at https://www.gbgstatus.com, which customers should refer to going forward after the cut-off date.
• No service interruption is expected during this transition, and existing products, services, and support arrangements will remain unchanged.
• No action is required on your side; however, you may receive a confirmation from the GBG status page regarding your subscription - please accept this.

We do not anticipate any impact to platform availability during this maintenance window. Our teams will be closely monitoring the transition to ensure a smooth experience.
