Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled Maintenance Notice Oct 23, 2025 06:00-07:00 AEDT

The Kleber and CA+ Production servers are scheduled for maintenance on Thursday, 23rd October 2025, from 06:00am to 07:00am AEDT.

As part of this update, we are implementing an enhancement to the address retrieval process for Korean addresses in the DataTools.Capture.Address.Predictive.IntPca.RetrieveAddress method.

This enhancement addresses scenarios where two address formats may be returned for Korea:
- The old plot-based format, and
- The new premise-based format

To ensure consistency and prevent issues when saving addresses, the system will now automatically select the new premise-based format as the default result.

This update has been released to the DevUAT server now for testing and will be deployed to production during the scheduled window. We do not expect any interruption or downtime to the service during this maintenance period.

Please note: Some customers have previously experienced issues when retrieving Korean address details, particularly when dual results were returned. If your integration expects a single address entry, this enhancement should help resolve those inconsistencies. If you have any questions, please contact Support team on (02) 9687 4666.

Completed - Please note that the maintenance work on the DataTools Kleber, Kleber Batch and Correct Address+ servers has been completed with no issues and no interruptions during the Yellow phase. The services have returned to normal monitoring which is green alert status.

Update - The scheduled maintenance on the DataTools Kleber, Kleber Batch and Correct Address+ servers scheduled for 06:00am–07:00am AEST today has been successfully completed.

- There were no service interruptions during the update (Red phase).
- We are now in the Yellow monitoring phase for the next 24 hours.

Key Updates:

-Korea Address Validation:
DataTools.Capture.Address.Predictive.IntPca.RetrieveAddress now returns both the legacy plot-based and the new premise-based address formats. This enhancement improves validation accuracy, maintains compatibility with older formats, and ensures compliance with Korean Post’s official standards.

-A new SSL certificate has been applied.

This maintenance will update server data. No downtime or service interruptions are expected during this window.

- An SSL certificate update has been applied. The updated certificate key can be reviewed in the UAT environment.
